Single, Multi-Pack, and Display Structures Single pre-roll cartons are slim tuck-end boxes or sleeves sized closely to the cone so it cannot rattle. Multi-packs holding 3, 5, or 10 use die-cut partitions that keep each pre-roll in its own channel. Without partitions, pre-rolls grind against each other in transit and arrive loose and damaged.

Child-Resistant Requirements Many markets require cannabis packaging to be child-resistant. This is a certification tied to a tested closure mechanism, not a claim you can print on an ordinary box. We supply certified CR structures where your market requires them, and standard closures where it does not.

Planning the Compliance Panels The most common and most expensive mistake in cannabis packaging is designing the artwork first and discovering afterwards that the mandatory copy does not fit. Before we proof, we map out panel space for THC and CBD content, the state warning symbol, batch and lot numbers, harvest or packaging date, net weight, and licensee details.

On a box this small, that regulatory copy can consume a third of the printable area. Planning it first means the brand design works around it instead of being cut down to fit.

Materials and Finishing SBS gives the cleanest print surface for detailed brand artwork. Recycled kraft suits craft cannabis brands and takes single-color and metallic-effect inks well. Rigid board is used for premium multi-packs and limited drops.
