Can you add a window so the toy is visible?

Yes, with clear PET film as standard, and a blister tray if the product should be held against the window rather than sliding to the bottom. Windows weaken the panel they are cut into, so on larger boxes we compensate with heavier board or internal support.

What board weight do toy boxes need?

SBS folding carton works for lighter toys. Anything with real weight is better in E-flute corrugated, which adds crush resistance without much thickness. Rigid board is generally reserved for collectibles where the box is part of what is being collected.

Do you make hang-tab packaging for peg display?

Yes. A die-cut euro slot in the board is cleaner and fully recyclable, while an applied plastic tab carries more weight. Tell us the product weight and we will specify the one that will hold without tearing.

Will required safety warnings fit on the box?

They will if planned first. Age grading, choking hazard warnings, and regional conformity marks vary by market, so we lay out that panel space before the brand artwork. Confirming your marking meets each market's requirements remains your responsibility.
