Custom Jewelry & Luxury Packaging
Luxury demands flawless presentation. Our jewelry and luxury boxes use rigid construction, plush inserts, magnetic closures, and refined finishes like foil and soft-touch to protect high-value pieces and elevate the moment they're opened.
Frequently asked questions
- What insert keeps jewelry from moving?
- Die-cut foam, fabric-wrapped foam, velvet-covered board, or plain recyclable paperboard, cut to your exact piece. Send us the piece or its dimensions and we cut the cavity around it. Without a fitted insert, chains knot and stones move against each other in transit.
- Is rigid or folding carton better for wholesale jewelry?
- Folding cartons are usually better for wholesale: they ship flat, cost far less per unit, and store in a fraction of the space. Rigid boxes earn their premium on high-ticket retail pieces where the unboxing is part of the product.
- Can I get gold foil on a recyclable box?
- Metallic foil complicates curbside recycling. If recyclability is the priority, a metallic-effect ink or single-color print on uncoated kraft gets close to the same look while keeping the box in the paper stream. We can sample both before you decide.
- What is the minimum order for jewelry boxes?
- Around 100 units for both cartons and rigid boxes. Rigid carries a higher per-unit cost at low volumes because wrapping is a manual operation, and that gap narrows as quantity rises.
