Most quote requests come back with follow-up questions because a few details are missing. Including them up front usually turns a three-day exchange into a same-day answer.

The five things we need

1. What the product is, including its weight and rough dimensions. If you can send a photo, send a photo.
2. The box style if you know it, or a description of how the product is sold and shipped if you do not. We are happy to recommend one.
3. Quantity, or a range. If you are unsure, give us two or three numbers and we will price each so you can see where the cost per unit flattens out.
4. Print and finish, at whatever level of detail you have. Full-colour, one-colour, foil, matte or gloss, or simply "similar to this photo".
5. Your deadline, especially if it is tied to a launch, a trade show, or a seasonal window.

Artwork is helpful but not required to get a quote. If you do not have print-ready files, we supply a dieline and can advise on how to prepare them.

What happens next

We reply to quote requests within one business day, usually with a price and a recommended specification rather than a request for more information. If your project is unusual, expect a question or two first.

Once you approve a quote, we produce a free digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you approve that proof in writing. For rigid boxes and anything with foil or specialty finishes, we recommend ordering a physical sample first, because those details do not render accurately on a screen.

Standard lead times run 10 to 15 business days from proof approval for folding cartons and mailers, and 15 to 20 for rigid boxes. Faster turnarounds are often possible; ask when you enquire.

Working internationally

We ship worldwide. If you are importing, tell us the destination country at quote stage so we can factor freight and flag anything relevant about duties or documentation before you commit.
